“Intuitive and Wholly Present”
Celeste is a pro! She worked so well for me I have recommended her to my son and so many others. In particular, she has the ability to really understand you, your interests, your talents, and your options. When you are unable to articulate the words needed for your search, whether for a resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile, she helps you formulate what is needed to cover all the bases. The notion of key words and the new complexities needed for a smart and strategic job search eluded me but she was able to lead me through the process.
The nuances of finding a job or a career path now are different from a decade ago, and Celeste is on top of all the latest best practices. And then to top it off, she is a wonderful, intuitive and wholly present person. To have her walk side-by-side with me was just what I needed. “GRACIOUS and Highly MotivationaL”
By the time I had started working with Celeste, I had already been seeking work for months. This process had been long, arduous, and ultimately continued to leave me short of securing the jobs I wanted. I knew that my results necessitated a change in approach, which is why I began working with Celeste. Initially I was very wary of what job coaching could offer me. I had already put an enormous amount of effort into looking for work and felt like eventually I would be able to brute force my way into a job offer. Additionally I was nervous that a job coach would tell me about all the missteps I had taken in my search thus far.
My fears were almost immediately alleviated once I began working with Celeste. Her approach was to further refine my tactics rather than create something completely new. She understood my strengths and helped me understand how to precisely communicate them to potential employers. I found that once I began work with her, there was a lot less pressure on me during my interviews. I found the process of interviews easier and even more enjoyable. All along the way, she provided me with encouragement and advice before every big interview.
